Pleasant Ridge Reserve Cheese

Pleasant Ridge Reserve is a complex, earthy, even nutty cheese. It’s made in Wisconsin, but this washed-rind, pasture-produced cow’s milk cheese is not to be confused with a run-of-the-mill Wisconsin cheese. Pleasant Ridge Reserve is a cheese that really can stand alone.

…but if you get thirsty, wash it down with a crisp, slightly sweet white wine like Moscato D’Asti. It’s also delicious with an old-school Manhattan straight up.
